Monthly Food Drive

Our next drive-thru food drive is June 5 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center parking lot, 35 Lincoln Ave. in Pittsford.

The club partners with the Town of Pittsford for the drives, and volunteers will collect items this month not only for the Pittsford Food Cupboard but for the Willow Domestic Abuse Center an Joseph’s Place Food Pantry. Willow’s mission is to prevent domestic abuse and ensure services and supports needed to gain a safe and empowered life. The organization is in need of personal care items such as shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes and paste, Black hair products, deodorant, razors and tampons/pads.

Joseph’s Place is in need of basics such as pasta and sauce, peanut butter, tuna fish, etc.

The collectors will be taking precautionary measures such as wearing face coverings and gloves and maintaining safe distances.

The Pittsford Food Cupboard, Willow Domestic Abuse Center and Joseph’s Place Food Pantry are among many organizations benefiting from Pittsford Rotary's mission of service.
